  • Represented Ferrari with regard to a trademark and multinational licensing agreements dispute relating to Taiwanese trademark law and antitrust law
  • Advised Hexion, a pioneer of higher chemistry, and its subsidiaries, with regard to Taiwanese employment law issues
  • Acted for Amlogic, a global fabless system-on-a-chip (SoC) company, with regard to its due diligence check per Taiwanese laws for the listing requirements in Shanghai
  • Advised Olympus, a global healthcare industry, with regard to the potential issues under the Taiwanese Toxic Chemical Substances Control Act
  • Acted as an arbitrator of Chinese Arbitration Association for a target redemption forward (TRF) dispute between an investment company against DBS Bank in Taiwan
  • Represented 8VIC, an investment education company located in Singapore, for establishing its subsidiary in Taiwan and filing its trademark registration 
  • Represented a subsidiary of Lealea Enterprise to negotiate with Bank Central Asia in relation to a loan agreement to obtain capital funds for its overseas investment in textile manufacturing
  • Advised Pharmadax in a negotiation with Sihuan Pharmaceutical Holdings Group over investment agreement issues
  • Represented Hyundai Steel Company in an anti-dumping investigation by Taiwan's Ministry of Economic Affairs and Ministry of Finance with respect to a carbon steel plate importation
