GC Summit Taiwan 2023 was held on September 14th at the Shangri-La Far Eastern Hotel in Taipei. Brain Trust International Law Firm's Managing Partner, Hung Ou Yang, delivered the introductory remarks. Mr. Ou Yang also served as a moderator and speaker for two sessions, discussing the recent controversies on how attorney–client privilege can be applied in corporate internal investigations. Another topic discussed was U.S. bankruptcy laws and judgment enforcement cases in the U.S. Paul Ma, Attorney, and Fred Lin, Counsel, both from Brain Trust International Law Firm, served as speakers for the two sessions, respectively.
