For the last decade, China has been upgrading its legislation and law enforcement to a modern manner - certain restrictions on foreign direct investment ("FDI") are lifted, while new regulations are introduced on sections such as competition, white collar crime, internet security, data safety and intellectual property.

Brain Trust has established its presence in China mainland - the People's Republic of China for many years. The firms's China Practice focused on helping multi-national enterprises on compliance, with newly enacted Chinese laws and regulations in particular. Our attorneys have experience in a wide rage of China law matters, and are able to offer strategic opinions. We are keeping close connections with local Chinese authorities, including the State Administration for Market Regulation, the Department of Commerce, as well as local branches of said authorities and courts.

We work along with our clients not only providing legal opinions but also commercial values. Through our cooperation network, we could also introduce local partners for potential cooperation in China. We believe a successful business for our clients is the only purpose of our own legal practice.
